Since the foundation of Bill Jacobs Pty Ltd in October 1990, the company has grown to be the forefront of medium scale developments in Victoria. The experience of the company has flourished from its grass roots as small building design company into multi skilled organisation delivering quality industrial, commercial & residential developments of varying size, ranging in value from $1m to $13 million.

The focus of Bill Jacobs Pty Ltd over the past 18 months has been to consolidate & expand business by strengthen its workforce & targeting key personnel, particularly those who can add value to the company's performance & growth. Significant emphasis has been given to strategic forward planning & its implementation. We are, as a result, well placed to meet the challenges & opportunities which face is in the future.

Design Capacity

Our design team lead by Bill Jacobs, Angelo Paolini has the necessary capability to turn any proposal to use. All our developments are designed by our design team who are in continual direct contract with our construction managers & administrators to assure that the design is 100% buildable. Our design team has formed strong alliances with structural, landscape & services consultants who are employed to offer expertise in their specific areas of discipline.
