With more than 40 years of experience in major structural & civil engineering & building projects in Australia, Canada &Papua New Guinea, in 1991 Bob Donnan established an independent consultancy to provide design & project management services in the fields of commercial & industrial construction, with particular focus on the transport, warehousing & retail industries, office fit outs & recreation facilities for a wide & varied group of clients.

Design & Construct:

From initial design concept right through to project completion and handover. Services include obtaining all planning, building & other statutory approvals, preparation of preliminary estimates & final budgets to allow for fixed cost quotations, quality control during the building process and obtaining final certificates for occupancy.
